How it works

Drop a doc. It reads it, files it, and says so when it can't.

Haul IQ Drive reads your freight paperwork, moves loads through the lifecycle as the BOL and POD arrive, and drafts the accounting as it goes — while you stay in charge of every decision that moves money.

01 / INTAKE

Email, drop, or photograph it

Drag a PDF onto the dashboard and the AI files it. Forward a broker email and it drafts the load for you to confirm. Have the driver snap the BOL or POD in the driver app and it lands on the load — the POD marks it delivered. Haul IQ Drive classifies it — rate-con, BOL, POD, invoice, COI, CDL, drug test, MVR, IFTA, 2290 — and files it on the right load, driver, or truck.

02 / LIFECYCLE

Loads move themselves

Rate-con files → load is pending. BOL arrives → in-transit. POD lands → delivered, with a draft invoice ready to send. When it hits a case it isn't sure about, it stops and tells you exactly which load or invoice — and why — in your review queue. Drag the kanban any time you want to override; the system gets out of the way.

03 / BOOKS

The accounting drafts itself

Revenue books the moment you issue the invoice. Repair and carrier bills arrive priced on your approval list — approve and they post. Pick a week and the driver settlements build themselves from the delivered loads, pay already stamped. Live A/R, A/P, trial balance and P&L from the same ledger — no QuickBooks export.

04 / COMPLIANCE

Expiries watched daily

CDL, medical card, COI, registration, IFTA, 2290 — every expiry tracked, and anything inside 60 days sits on the dispatcher's list with the date it stops being valid. Drug & alcohol testing runs through your consortium; file the result on the driver and a positive or refusal hard-blocks dispatch until a later clean test clears it (49 CFR 382.501). Dispatch refuses a driver whose CDL or med card is expired on file — and tells you when a date is missing.

Watch the AI work a load — rate-con to invoice sent.

A rate-con drops and the AI files the load. The BOL and POD walk it to delivered, the invoice drafts itself, and every morning the overdue ones come back to you as a written chase — one click to send.

You approve. It does the typing.

Every money-moving step is operator-approved. The AI never sends a payment on its own, and any number it couldn't read off the document is flagged for you to confirm.

One switch stops every AI action for your company — and if we can't confirm the switch is off, we stop anyway. Only a person can turn it back on. Haul IQ tells you what it's about to do and when, on a card you can approve early, stop outright, or downgrade to "ask me first" for every future case like it.
