The questions every carrier asks.
What does the AI allowance cover?
Each tier includes a monthly AI budget for LLM work and document parsing, protected by a daily ceiling ($15/day on Starter, scaling with your tier) so one runaway day can't burn the month. We don't meter or bill overage — if a day runs hot, the AI pauses until the next day and you'll see it in the app. If that becomes a pattern, we will talk to you first, before anything about your plan changes.
Do voice and SMS cost extra?
Voice and SMS run on your Twilio + Quo accounts — we don't mark up your phone bill, and you keep the carrier-of-record. Most TMS vendors resell you their minutes; we don't.
Is the whole platform on every tier?
Every tier gets the same platform — TMS, document AI, accounting, payroll, compliance and a read-only API — and your pilot starts with all of it switched on. A few specialist areas (payroll runs, IFTA, the compliance sweep, AI dispatch, the cash-forecast / factoring / collections console, and the profitability reports) are organised as AI-employee seats inside the app, so you can turn one off if you do not use it. What happens after the 30-day pilot?
Nothing breaks. When you're ready, tell us your truck count and we'll move you onto the matching tier and set up billing with you — your data doesn't move. No card is required to start the pilot.
Can I import my existing TMS data?
Yes — drop your existing rate-cons, BOLs, and documents (one file or thousands, even a whole TMS export) and the document AI classifies, extracts, and files them into loads, drivers, and trucks.
