Document AI
Drop one PDF, or a .zip of thousands — the bulk pipeline plans the whole batch, you set the spend ceiling, and you approve it before anything is filed. Big exports run in the background over hours to days. 35+ doc types (rate-con, BOL, POD, COI, CDL, drug test, MVR, IFTA, 2290, lease, NOA…) are read and typed; it files what it's sure about and stacks the rest in your review queue with the reason.
Receivables
Auto-drafts the invoice on delivery. Packet composer attaches rate-con + BOL + POD. Aging buckets, dunning workflows, factoring submit. A bounced ACH or a chargeback updates every screen the same instant — it never counts as cash.
Payables
Vendor bills and repair invoices become payables straight from the inbound doc; fuel and toll receipts file to the fuel ledger and your review queue. Always operator-approved before pay.
Accounting

Payroll

Compliance
Daily watcher: CDL, med card, COI, registration, annual inspection, IFTA and 2290 expiry. A failed drug test blocks dispatch outright. Dispatch refuses a driver whose CDL or med card is expired on file — and tells you when a date is missing.
Banking
CSV import from any bank — date, description and amount (or debit/credit) columns detected automatically. Match imported transactions against your journal to reconcile — exact-amount candidates surfaced first. Direct bank-feed integration is in progress.
Fuel & IFTA
Fuel-card receipts import to the IFTA fuel ledger — gallons, jurisdiction and pump tax, ready for the quarterly return. Connect an ELD that reports jurisdiction miles and the return computes itself.
Live Map
